We have had NXT Level install audio systems in the gyms at two of our campuses so far. Both sound great and we have had no issues. Solid fast work, excellent quality.When my boss tells me they want to add audio to our cafeterias, I’ll be giving Jeremiah a call when they do.

I cannot vouch for their work quality -- which may be great -- as we could not even get that far. I was looking into having a custom golf simulator room built at my house, and called them. I was told I had to set up a meeting with tech sales...next soonest was almost a week out, and it was a 45 minute appointment block time, i.e., I should block out 45 minutes of my time for this call.Time and date of appointment came and I had expected someone to call me; a few minutes passed and no one did, and I realized that it must be one of those online calls, so I dug around my emails and found their chat and eventually the google meet link, about 7 minutes after our scheduled meeting start time.No one on. I google chatted back to the sales rep, and after waiting a few minutes, he responds that I have to re-schedule. I said could we not just do the meeting now, since he's on and I was only a few minutes late? In agonizingly slow response times, he said no sorry, they wait only 5 minutes past the meeting time, if you're 1-2 minutes outside of that, re-schedule. Wow, tougher than my doctor's office.Don't get me wrong, I was obviously late to the google meet by 7 minutes; I just think if they are asking me to block out 45 minutes, and they are literally still there online, that they could accommodate the meeting. They also had my phone # and had prior texted me before, but no reminder or notice that meeting started or they did not see me and that it was online (and not a phone call to me).So maybe their work is just too good and they are too busy right now to want my business. I definitely felt like they wanted me to fight for the privilege of handing over my money to them...

We had our mesh network fixed and expanded. Jerry was very knowledgeable on exactly how everything needed to be setup. The install team was very professional and courteous.
