I booked a wine event for my wife and her girlfriends, and it was a smashing success. I asked him to curate an experience highlighting the wines of Italy. It was fantastic. He discussed the wine growing regions and the wines just enough to keep everyone’s attention. He paired the wines with different foods. My only regret is that I did not join them. I can’t wait to have him back for a French wine event.
