I was very excited for my facial and head spa experience today. Unfortunately, I was disappointed.The bed wasn’t in a closed room, but rather only separated from the main area where clients were getting their eyebrows/eyelashes done by a curtain. At the beginning of my appointment, there was no music and I was having to listen to the conversations upfront, as well as someone eating, flushing a toilet, and watching videos on their phone. Eventually, relaxing music was played, but only for about half of the nearly 2 hour session. Multiple times cold massage oil was poured on me, which was a shock when your eyes are closed. I wasn’t expecting by so many smells - between the aromatherapy, the multiple face items, the shampoo, etc., my senses were on overload and not in a good way. I left smelling like an apothecary and immediately had to go home and shower to get rid of the overpowering smells. The awesome looking water halo that is so prominent in the videos wasn’t used at all (except to wash my neck off). Overall, this was an okay experience, but at no point was I ever relaxed enough to enjoy it. Hellen was kind.

I was scared but Kate was so supportive and compassionate and her work is amazing. I am so happy with my new brows!
