I love Novem. I’m new to the gym and cross fit. The coaches are really nice, patient, and supportive. I really like the other members I have met. Even though many of them are in ridiculous shape and way ahead of me, they have been helpful, non-judgmental, and encouraging. It doesn’t feel intense in the gym. It feels supportive. The vibes are positive and it feels like a community. I look forward to going even though the workouts are tough. Would definitely recommend.

I moved here a few years ago and struggled to find a gym that not only had all the classes I love taking, but also a great community. Novem has been welcoming and a great fit for my lifestyle. Just wish I could take them with me when I’m on the road working. Joe is a fantastic coach and is really there to help you master your goals. Really appreciate the whole team of coaches and members here. If you are looking for Olympic lifts and HIIT programming, this is a great gym to check out.

Great gym and community! Coaches challenge you but prioritize good form over weight always. Everyone is welcoming and supportive, and the workouts are always challenging without feeling intimidating. Highly recommend

As someone who struggled to get back into the gym for years, Novem fit is incredible. I do the 2 time a week bootcamp class program. The atmosphere and vibes are so welcoming. All of the class trainers are so personable and helpful. They are super welcoming to newcomers and really dedicated to your success. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I was looking for a gym that would let me transition from mixed martial arts while still giving me the right intensity of workout. After trying several different programs, I decided to give Novemfit a try—and I immediately fell in love with it. The gym focuses heavily on proper technique for lifting and other workouts, making sure everything is done the right way. The coaches are attentive and always ensure you’re using correct form so you don’t injure yourself. This is the best gym I’ve been to so far, and I can’t wait to achieve my goals here. I truly believe this gym will get me there.

I've never really been a gym person, but my brother was raving about Novem for years so I decided to give it a shot. It has been a life changing experience -- not only in terms of getting in better shape, but actually enjoying the process.I can't say enough good things about Novem. From personalized on-boarding to amazing instructors and even kids classes, it truly is a gym for everyone.
