CrossFit Fort Vancouver

I moved to Vancouver in 2023, and eventually walked into Fort Vancouver in 2024 for the first day of the open that year. I had past CrossFit experience, and I was looking for a new box to call home in the area. When googling the gym, it's easy to see the images, the accolades, the history of the box and to be intimidated by the long list of achievements. However, not only are the members incredibly welcoming, but they really do live by their values of staying humble.Their coaches are incredibly passionate, experienced, and overall awesome people. The programming is top notch, and really geared for athletes who want to be there five days a week. In addition to the programming, there are several programs for individuals or athletes who might want to do more than CrossFit.My Current routine is Olympic weightlifting Tuesday and Thursday, with CrossFit on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Although there are other programs like Conjugate strength, Hyrox classes, and they even host a PT clinic in the gym (360 Physical Therapy).I like to think that this gym has pushed me to a level of athleticism that I couldn't have achieved at other boxes I've been to in the past. Not because those boxes were bad, but because CFV really is that good. The level of passion everyone has really makes you want to put in quality effort into the sessions you attend, and the coaches are always quick to help you level up anytime you need it.I highly recommend this box to any and all who are looking to either make friends, find community, or become a ridiculously fit individual and maybe one day make a run at the CrossFit games.
