When I found the area I liked, she walked with me door-to-door to meet the residents in the area so I could get feel for the community. If I had questions or needed further information, she set me up with a call with Keith. When it came time to negotiate, she developed a great working relationship with the selling agent and was able to negotiate a deal in which my offer was accepted even though it was not the highest price! The rest of the Walker Team provided excellent support all the way through closing.Later when I decided to sell my home and purchase another, she and the other professionals at the Walker Team found issues with the deal and provided me with sound guidance that kept me from making a costly mistake.I will use Farnaz and the Walker Team for any future real estate deals and I sing their praises to anyone who will listen.
