I carefully researched and selected Dr. Zeidan for treatment of trigger finger, thumb joint and wrist pain on the same hand. There was pain, but impaired mobility in my dominant hand was my major concern. Her depth of experience and training was evident as she quickly accessed the problem and a treatment protocol. She was 100% per cent focused on my issue during the appointment and answered all questions I had in an efficient way without being rushed. And I felt absolute confidence in her judgment. No one likes the injections, but they do help so much. She was sensitive to my discomfort and her technique made it a quick pain lasting only a few seconds. Amazing! The facility, Plano Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center, is large with multiple doctors, multiple specialties and a mass of people being treated. After check-in you are escorted to an exam room for intake conversation, escorted to x-ray and back to the exam room, Dr. Zeidan arrived in a few minutes for my appointment. The facility is well managed and clean. Everyone I interacted with was cheerful, friendly and professional. Overall, a very positive5-star experience.
