I was referred to the clinic and specific dr by my primary care doctor. Appointment was easy enough just a phone call and then a few days before an email was sent to me to complete the needed check-in and background info for clinic. No more of filling out paperwork half hour on clipboard in lobby. The appointment went smoothly with preliminary check by the dr's staff and then the exam and discussion with Dr L. The clinic provides notes of the visit to patient the next day which you can forward to your other doctors as needed. That's if I can get the patient portal to work for me. Software log-in issues. By the way patient entrance is on south side of building away from Plano Parkway.

Dr. Le is awesome. He takes the time to answer all your questions and and put you at ease. I would highly recommend him.
