After dealing with the inept companies from Choice Home Warranty I decided to foot the price of a service charge From Tri-Counties for their excellent reputation. Bo the service tech explained the issues and what needed to beaddressed to get the unit cooling.The two persons before Bo said the compressor was out, thatin fact was incorrect.Bo added 1 pound of Freon and added a3/4” P trap on the drainage line line.When Bo left the unit was cooling…Bo said in his humble opinion the unit was never charged properly.Fingers crossed 🤞 that it remains working

Very Helpful and fixed me up along with giving me tips on how to maintain my air unit. If I recall correctly the person who helped me was Mike and he was awesome. Very helpful and provide tons of information to help. I didnt feel like he cut any corners when doing the job which made me feel like he did everything he could to make sure I didnt have my problem again. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MIKE!!!
