They send frequent status updates, and were always immediately available for calls (day and night!). They were also very competitive on interest rate. Mary, Jasmine and Emma are the best! If you’re on the fence about going with a local lender versus someone like Zillow, Rocket Mortgage, etc - do the local lender. There are so many pros!
