I recently booked my 7-year-old son in for a 30-minute lymphatic massage with Kate after experiencing such positive changes from my own sessions. My son has had several medical challenges over the past six years and was recently diagnosed with inattentive ADHD. He struggles with emotional regulation and sleep, and has been taking both ADHD medication and melatonin at night.After just one session with Kate, we noticed a remarkable difference. Over the past week, he has had significantly fewer meltdowns and has been regulating his emotions much better. His sleep has improved so much that we haven’t needed melatonin at all. He is falling asleep quickly and sleeping through the night. We’ve also been doing nightly magnesium baths and using the magnesium spray I purchased from Kate, which has become part of a really calming bedtime routine.Another big improvement has been with his digestion. He had been struggling with constipation due to his medication, but since the lymphatic massage he has been going to the toilet regularly again with no issues.Most importantly, my son felt completely comfortable with Kate straight away. She is kind, calm and has such a beautiful, gentle manner with children.
