Game changer &makes getting reviews faster .However some of there review devices are easier for consumers to you and I feel I wasted money when buying 6 card pack. The credit card size do not have qr codes printed on the outside making it so much harder to get the chip to work. .Maybe its just harder to use with older tech and older humans giggle .tthe plaques are the Best as they have both scan & though bigger in your handbag.huge thank you

Will has put a lot of thought into this. It’s interesting, easy to use and has a wide range of potential uses. I wish him well with it.

Being on the road a lot, it’s hard to follow up for reviews. But now I just hand over the Google card at the end of a job and they handle it on the spot. I also set up the autoreplies which is sweet. Saves me time and having to think of something original to write. Well worth it!

Honestly, I never liked asking for reviews. It felt a bit awkward. We placed the Review stand in reception area and another by the till. It works beautifully. They tap with their phone and leave kind words. I don’t always have time to reply, but the system sends a gentle thank-you that feels just right. Customers appreciate it, and so do I.

After meals, lot of customers say the food is very good, but not many leave review. We started using Review cards, it’s been much easier. They just tap their phone to the google stand by the till. I don’t need to ask or remind them again. The auto reply help me a lot too. Really good for small restaurant like mine.

Best little tool I’ve added to the shop this year. I just ask if they wouldn’t mind tapping the card to leave a quick review. It works! Makes it super easy. Been seeing more reviews every week. Cheers team!
