Being on the road a lot, it’s hard to follow up for reviews. But now I just hand over the Google card at the end of a job and they handle it on the spot. I also set up the autoreplies which is sweet. Saves me time and having to think of something original to write. Well worth it!

Honestly, I never liked asking for reviews. It felt a bit awkward. We placed the Review stand in reception area and another by the till. It works beautifully. They tap with their phone and leave kind words. I don’t always have time to reply, but the system sends a gentle thank-you that feels just right. Customers appreciate it, and so do I.

After meals, lot of customers say the food is very good, but not many leave review. We started using Review cards, it’s been much easier. They just tap their phone to the google stand by the till. I don’t need to ask or remind them again. The auto reply help me a lot too. Really good for small restaurant like mine.
