We’ve had a great experience at Taurus MMA. The facility is noticeably larger and more spacious than most of the other gyms in the area, which makes training much more comfortable.The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and responsive, and the professors do an excellent job working with the kids. One thing I really appreciate is that the kids’ classes aren’t overcrowded, so each student gets more personal attention and coaching.The kids MMA program provides a strong foundation and is excellent preparation for more advanced training as they progress. Beyond learning martial arts, it’s also a fantastic workout that builds cardio, coordination, discipline, and confidence. Best of all, it gives kids a fun, active way to spend their time and helps keep them off their devices.I highly recommend Taurus MMA to any parent looking for a quality martial arts program for their children.

Coach Paulo Nelson Jr. has an incredible attitude with every class. He greets his students with a smile, and his #1 rule is to make personable relationships with all of his students. The atmosphere with this community is endearing, and everybody wants to see each other improve. There is so much fire in the room every session.Also, I appreciate all the things participants don’t see after every session. Making sure the mats are sanitary and communications are pipelined properly to every student regarding announcements. Coach Paulo and Cassandra do a great job maintaining the gym.
