Renting the storage unit was very simple. I called to check availability and actually got a real person. He was very knowledgeable and walked me step by step through the online process. The storage unit was available for me to use that same day. Although I haven't been to the facility yet, i got a large storage unit for a great price!! I gave 4 stars because haven't seen there yet. Will update after i go.....
