⭐☆☆☆☆Cancel and sign back up!!I’ve been a customer here for five years, and apparently loyalty means absolutely nothing. I asked about lowering my rate, and was told no. Yet somehow, if I cancel my unit and sign back up, I can get a lower price immediately. Same customer, same unit, different button clicked. What a dazzling business model.So for anyone paying too much, take note: cancel your subscription and renew it for the lower rate, since that seems to be the only way they value customers here.Disappointing treatment for long-term renters. Five years of payments, rewarded with a shrug.

I left a review for them on FB, but will happily say it again. At first I was a bit concerned about this "self service" and the area. All I was wrong about. From the first When I had reach out, because we had to find something quickly, I believe it was a Sunday also, they called me back a real local person and she listened to my panic story and then explained how easy it was and then it was! I have had card issues and they let me know the problem and we took care of it with no issue. My husband checked on our camper weekly it has been safe, then we are going to work on it and decided to do that at home, but now we had a close neighbor in the lot, concerned with our ability to get it out. Again a phone call made and quickly I was given a few ideas and they reached out to our neighbor who kindly helped us with the maintenance guy at the facility available also. I will be letting anyone know who needs a storage unit or spot the very best "self service" one in Clarksville. Thank you everyone at Cherry Storage on Old Russellville road!
