The environment at the office alone is very peaceful and it feels like a safe place. Cache Valley was a great counseling option for me and my partner, they were great with scheduling and understanding when we needed to cancel. AnnaMay at the front desk was very sweet and helped us through any questions we had and helped us to set up a payment plan for our counseling sessions. They are a different type of Counseling office, they offer snacks and drinks for free and their patient room are super nice with natural lighting instead of florescent lights that feel depressing. Conrad was a great counselor, he actually cares about the relationships he's helping to heal and is here for each person. He truly cares and wants to help, Conrad is very professional but also very friendly and has helped me and my partner see new sides to each other as well as help us to learn better communication skills and to help me and my partner to better our physical and emotional connection with each other. I’ve been to therapy a couple times before in my life, but coming here was different than the other places I’d experienced. I got transferred to a guy and he seemed like he didn’t really care what I was telling him and why I was reaching out. He just kept saying ok, I understand. They then just transferred me to the suicide hotline when I needed to make an appointment. Less

Very welcoming and peaceful environment. I was lucky enough to be one of the few they’re able to select for discounted pricing due to my financial limitations. I enjoyed their snacks they provide for clients and their relaxing waiting room. Only reason I’m done for now is because my counselor is moving away and I feel well enough to use the tools he gave me. Overall a very nice experience and I will be back if my depression and anxiety get bad again. Wanted to share my personal experience. 6 months ago me and my significant other booked our 1st appointment with Jeff. When we went in there we didn’t know what to expect. Had never really done therapy and we’re on the brink of terminating the relationship due to things that I had done. Before starting therapy not a single day would go by where we would have a screaming match and almost break up and some days we actually would. Fast forward to now. I am now living my best life with my best friend, lover, and soul mate. We have been able to fix the faults in the relationship and heal and start to learn trust again. I finally see the bright side of life and so does she. Without Jeff Allen I can honestly say we would not be where we are at.
