The best gym I dropped in to while in NOLA! The gym itself was clean with great equipment but the best part was, it’s indoor. Crossfit with A/C? Wild.Coach Kyle was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The WOD was Olympic lifting and he was able to cue minor things through out the whole class to improve my lifts.

Life changing workouts, super supportive community AND satisfies the hyper competitive human that I am.I have a phenomenal coach who cheers for me and challenges me. There is no room to idle yet shapes the workouts to solve for my personal goals.The owner and her team are also onsite to provide community and support and to drive competition in a healthy way. They encouraged me just three months into my training to join the gym in the international qualifier and it was awesome. Being on a team and competing for my own goals.I am more fit than I’ve ever been. I am stronger. And in excellent condition to drive longevity and to help me competitive in pickleball which is my real competitive frontier.

Tanya and the X7 gym are amazing! We are visiting from Oregon and I did not want to miss my Open workout. Tanya met us on Sunday and judged my workout while coaching my partner. What an amazing lady! So much appreciation for Tanya and X7 CrossFit!

People are super friendly and inviting. The coaches are high quality. The space and equipment are clean and well-maintained. Programming is excellent with tons of emphasis on proper warm up, cool down and form. And, unlike many CrossFit gyms, it has A/C!
