I had a car accident lawsuit with this company. Lawyer was Nicole dietz. Over the course of two yrs there was little to no communication with them. And when it was communication I was calling them to get an update and they would just tell me anything every three to four months. Now that the case has finally come to an end I finally spoke with Mrs dietz and she informed me of the case update and how much everyone will be getting. A breakdown. And that they would send me a breakdown in the mail with a check. I also was waiting over 30 days to receive my check when everyone else was already paid. And again I was being told so many different lies while waiting on my check. Now that the check is here I’m looking at it and it’s not the amount me and Mrs Nicole talked about over the phone. I also have the conversation recorded between the two of us. And also I still haven’t received a breakdown of payments to each party. I would not recommend this company if you need to sue someone. They are eager to take your case, but slow to move during the case and also will I think rip you off. Tell you anything during the case proceedings.

Horrible experience. After my accident (totaled car, neck/back injuries, and $8,000+ in lost wages), McKenzie and Snyder dragged my case out for nearly two years and settled for the same $3,000 offer they started with. The accident set me back financially, delayed my progress, and made it much harder to regain stability. Communication was terrible—excuses about missing mail, lost paperwork, and no real updates. They even tried to use my sick days during previous years as an excuse to not fight for my lost wages and I got the final news on my birthday. When I picked up my check, my name was misspelled on every single document and a comment about “buying a coat” felt completely dismissive given everything I went through. I felt disrespected and completely unrepresented. Would not recommend.
