It has been four years since this firm took my case, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Throughout this time, communication has been minimal and inconsistent. Calls are rarely returned, emails go unanswered, and when I am able to speak with someone, I am given vague information without clear documentation or proof of progress.I have specifically requested a signed copy of my original contract multiple times and have still not received it. After four years, I expect transparency and proper documentation, and that has not been provided.In my experience, Matt Hammer has not communicated thoroughly or been accessible regarding my case. Phone calls are not returned, and there has been little direct communication from him.Additionally, when I asked for more information and proof regarding the status of my case, Jennifer was extremely rude and condescending in her response. As a client seeking clarity — especially after four years — that type of treatment is unacceptable and unprofessional.Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring this firm.
