Horrible experience. After my accident (totaled car, neck/back injuries, and $8,000+ in lost wages), McKenzie and Snyder dragged my case out for nearly two years and settled for the same $3,000 offer they started with. The accident set me back financially, delayed my progress, and made it much harder to regain stability. Communication was terrible—excuses about missing mail, lost paperwork, and no real updates. They even tried to use my sick days during previous years as an excuse to not fight for my lost wages and I got the final news on my birthday. When I picked up my check, my name was misspelled on every single document and a comment about “buying a coat” felt completely dismissive given everything I went through. I felt disrespected and completely unrepresented. Would not recommend.
