He provided same day service, was on time and always kept great communication about ETA and removed the freezer very quickly. I left Washington State and came to Surprise, Arizona, to check on my mom after she had broken her hip twice and been hospitalized. She had recently returned home, and my son was also here recovering from a dislocated shoulder. The house had reached a point where neither of them could properly function or even manage everyday things like taking out the garbage.My son and I spent three days bagging up trash from three bedrooms, completely overwhelmed and not knowing how I was going to afford to rent a truck, load everything up, and get it to the dump.I saw ads for Powerhouse Haulers and several other businesses on one of the Surprise community Facebook pages and messaged five different companies. Powerhouse Haulers was the only one who responded immediately. I shared a little about my situation and the struggle I was facing, and they gave me a flat rate that was so affordable compared to the other routes I thought I might have to take. They told me they would be here Sunday at 8:00 AM for the pickup—and he was here at 7:59 AM!I am just so incredibly grateful. Not only were they affordable and responsive, but they were friendly and upbeat and never made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed about the condition of the situation. They helped clear barriers that I honestly did not know how I was going to overcome.Even days later, they are still the only business that has responded to me.They will absolutely be my first choice when I’m ready to continue getting this house cleaned out and gutted. We just moved in , of course, course hottest time of the year. We needed someone to help us unload two PODS. Ezequiel was on time, efficient and knowledgeable about moving.
