The good: Had a hydraulic slide that didn’t always want to go in. Mark was very nice and professional. Answered my questions and concerns and explained what he was doing. He correctly diagnosed the problem and came back to fix it correctly. Thank you! The bad: Way overpriced. If I was able to drive down the road with the slide open I would have done that before agreeing to pay their prices. Yes, I agreed to the price but I had no choice. Had to be fixed. The work was done correctly, but call around for more affordable service first.

Communication for arrival was excellent. Charles was extremely professional and knowledgeable. When the new part, which was sent by the manufacturer, did not fit, Charles advised us how to proceed to obtain correct part and return the incorrect part.

My RV had moisture in walls and water coming in on the floor at a slideout when driving in rain. Prompt arrival. Very knowledge. Explained issues clearly. Did a thorough inspection of the possible source of leaks. Adjusted the slideout to get proper seal. Showed me issues related to manufacturer defects and provided solutions. They are to send me an estimate for resealing all joints and seams, service the AC units, and replace the inside control monitor. Another review will follow but so far I’m impressed.

Very communicative and tech was ultimately able to fix both items. The downside is too many return visits for diagnostics, parts, more diagnostics. With each mobile visit there is a charge. I was also hoping since the tech works mobile, that the fees would be less than a garage, but not the case.
