Highly recommend!!! They worked very hard at squeezing a crazy, stressed out customer when their schedule was already full. Mark, my repair person did not try to "just make a buck", he just completed a job, quickly, professionally, and with kind words. Charles was great. Knowledgeable. Took a bit to find electric problem. General RV couldn’t find it.Will use again.Found a second problem with Gerard hot water heater. Parts ordered. Eric went above and beyond today. Having a burst hydraulic line. first he had to open a slide without the benefit of working hydraulics. Removed the burst lines and had them refitted with new connectors and reinstalled the lines. This was all done in 95 degrees with a heat index over 105.Thank you for the prompt service.
