For years, my husband and I have wanted to get into the gym and do (try doesn’t exist in our house) CrossFit. Since we were new to the techniques and wanted to ensure we stayed safe, we completed an onboarding program with Sam, the owner. It gave us the confidence and technique we needed to jump into the classes. Joining this gym, with its amazing culture and supportive community, has been exactly what we needed.

I started at Nexus Fit about a month ago and I have nothing but high praises for the quality people that own and run this gym. I have absolutely loved working with the coaches (Sam, Yaz, Madison, and Kendra), being part of a welcoming and supportive team environment, and being challenged every workout and event. I am excited to get up each morning to push myself in the gym and I look forward to continued progress towards my fitness goals with the help and motivation from the staff and other members!

I went from no lifting experience when I joined Nexus to feeling comfortable power lifting in the gym. This gym has such a fabulous group of encouraging members that make working out exciting and worth every penny of the membership. I'd encourage anyone, regardless of gym experience or age to join Nexus. You can increase mobility, gain confidence and become more fit while having a great time in the gym.

I have been at Nexus for 2.5 years and absolutely love it. The coaches are always encouraging me to improve my strength and skills, yet the most important factor is how I am doing as a whole person. If I could only purchase discipline in a bottle... However, since there’s no such thing, this is as close as it gets! Recently turning 40, 270lbs & being prescribed blood pressure meds WOKE me up. This place pushes me when my discipline is weak. The only discipline I need is to get in the car! Once I’m there, I’m surrounded with KIND & ENCOURAGING trainers & peers. Like I said, if you struggle w discipline, this is as close as it gets to being able to purchasing it!!! I was scared that CrossFit would be too hard & only super fit people do it, but I was wrong! There is every fitness level here. You won’t be the only one in your shoes! Promise!!!

Been going here for 9 months now. It has been a fantastic experience with a challenging and encouraging culture. This is the closest thing to Marine Corps PT I've experienced in the civilian world and the comradery is great. If you are a veteran looking for a place to do intense workouts and endure some discomfort with others, look no farther. The coaches are very knowledgeable and able to scale any workout to any physical limitation you may have without sacrificing the quality of the workout. Don't be intimidated by the CrossFit ethos, this place is legit. Come get some and support local small business owners while you are at it.

This is such a great gym! The owners are amazing and the people who instruct and attend classes are equally as great!! Its not about competition with others it's about competing against your personal best and encouraging others to do the same!!! Love it and highly recommend!!!

I've enjoyed exercise my entire life, but this is the best, most focused, toughest, yet most enjoyable workout I have ever done. You are capable of more than you know, and Crossfit Nexus proves that time and again. I have never made an excuse not to come to one of their workouts. I've been attending Crossfit Nexus for nearly two years. The owners are top notch and care for their members as if we are an extension of their own family. The coaches are very attentive and the classes all feel like personal training sessions. All those good things about the people have translated into me achieving the peak physical fitness of my adult life.
