First time using this cleaning company and very pleased. Glad I found My Personal Cleaner. And, very happy they had Stacy available. She was terrific .. thorough and meticulous, which is great for our infrequent cleanings. We are pretty okay and clean but need a good cleaning every once in a while and Stacy hit every nook and cranny.Sheb, the manager, was very informative and easy to communicate with. Quick follow ups, appreciated. Can’t go wrong with this service.Bill W .. Grand Haven

I was extremely impressed with My Personal Cleaner! From the start, Sheb, the owner, was friendly, thorough, and professional. Kaylee did a fantastic job cleaning, communicated well, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving (everything was sparkly clean!). Sheb even followed up afterward to ensure we were happy with the service. Excellent customer care from beginning to end…I would definitely use them again!

Tuana and Leah were absolutely wonderful! They cleaned our entire house and were so friendly, thorough, and professional. They arrived right on time and even stayed a little longer to make sure everything was taken care of.Our place looks and smells amazing! After months of reconstruction, we finally feel like we can truly settle into our home, and they helped make it feel cozy and welcoming again. They were also so easy to talk to, and we shared plenty of laughs along the way, which made the whole experience even better. We’re so grateful for the care they put into our home and would absolutely recommend Kaylee and Leah to anyone looking for a fantastic cleaning team!

I had a move in clean scheduled. Two cleaners, Stacy and Peggy. Because of the tasks I needed done it required more work. Being former cleaner I understood all of what I was asking and I appreciated all their efforts in what they both were able to accomplish the first time. I requested them a second time to complete all of my asks. And they did a great job! I could instantly feel a difference just walking into my home. They took the time to understand my needs after the first walk though, and were really able to focus the second time. Not to the fault of the cleaners, I would recommend the company coming out to do an initial walk though consult for future. This would allow a more through glimpse of what a client needs the first time around and not have to do a second booking. But it worked out on my end for multiple reasons.Commination was good overall, I really appreciated Stacy and Peggy listening to my needs, following up and executing it. Was a total of 7 hour clean.
