Mike was so knowledgeable of each mattress we asked about! The sleep test was awesome to try and allowed my husband and I to understand a compromise we needed in a mattress! Also, they have a great rewards program that will basically pay for the mattress! A win win! Better sleep here we come! Grateful to be off our ikea mattress Less

After a terrible experience with mattress firm, I am so happy that I found snooze. Their customer service is so personal and kind. They are patient and so willing to help. Their sleep mapping system is great. I had no idea what type of mattress really was best for me and they were able to map out my pressure points and tell me what was best! They made this experience so much better than your big companies. :) Less
