Had an awesome experience with George and his team. I had a wall that needed fixed in my garage - a relatively small job, but outside my abilities and that of a regular handyman. I think most contractors around here just want the big jobs, cause none were willing to take it on. So glad I found IX. They did a great job and will definitely be my first call when I have some bigger work I want done.Edit (5/31/2026): had George and Raul back to remodel a bedroom. They did a great job. When something wasn’t done right, they came back the next day to correct the issue. We’ve used IX 3 times now and they will continue to be our first call for work when we need help.

IX Property Solutions replaced several 35 year old Anderson Windows in our home with new Anderson Windows. The job had some unique details that George and his team worked to resolve. I was very upfront that I wanted a quality crew and he brought his best to do the work. George and Matt showed up onsite before the installs stated and followed up to ensure the job met my satisfaction. Price was very fair and overall I’m very pleased with the end result.

Their prices were more than reasonable, and they didn't try to nickel and dime us or pull one over on us like the competition by adding unnecessary hidden fees or overcharging for small jobs just because they were small. Instead, they were wonderful collaborators and worked with me, as a rather expert DIYer myself, together, to get done a facelift of our fire place and living room wall that was just a little too big for something I could (or wanted to) do myself (for example, our new hearthstone was over 400lbs!). I'm very pleased with the end product (see dark, dated, before vs light and modern, after pictures). I wouldn't hesitate to call on IX again.

We interviewed multiple contractors to remove several support posts and replace with a large beam in our open floor plan house. IX Property Solutions not only came in with a very competitive bid, but also convinced us they had the expertise to undertake this major project in our renovation. They did a great job, were timely, and the crew was very respectful to our property. Consequently, they also replaced all of our Anderson windows at a very, very good price vs Renewal by Andersen!! Again, we were very pleased with their work and attention to detail so we proceeded to work with them on our front porch project as well as replacing several pads in our concrete driveway, doing a stamped concrete walkway And replacing our gutters. George and his crew at IX Property Solutions have done a few jobs for us over the years but most recently, they built a roof over our deck in German Village. If you're not familiar with German Village, every change to the exterior to your home requires approval from the GV Commission. George went with my husband not once, but TWICE to the meeting seeking the approval. After a few different iterations, it finally was approved and George and his crew started the following week! They had the complete structure up in ONE day! Shingles and all. Then the electrician came to wire for a ceiling fan, then his crew came back to finish, and the next day it was painted/stained. It's beautiful! They did a fantastic job! We're so happy with this roof! Highly recommend IX Property Solutions! George is great to work with!

(Those who live here know what a big deal that is.) He also offered to help out with a few smaller items for cost, just because it would help bring everything together nicely. We found George's company just through searches and recommendations around the area. We spoke with a half dozen or so different companies, and George was the only one who worked with us in thinking through what was both plausible and reasonable. He helped come up with a bunch of little changes to our designs and thoughts that ended up saving us a lot over what other companies were planning. George managed everything very well and even came to do some work himself a couple times. The space they put together for us is exactly what we'd been looking for.

It must’ve seemed too small to bother with, but it was too much for a handyman to take on. George was happy to help. Several years later and he is helping us again with “smaller” projects. We found IX Property Solutions from an ad while looking for a contractor to replace our decrepit deck and repair the hole it was ripping in the side of our house. From the start he was very thorough in explaining our options to us, and communicated with us often through the quoting process. Once we gave the go ahead on our project, he had the materials and crew lined up to begin within 2 weeks, and the work was completed within two weeks afterward. Our new deck is now built to modern building code and rock-solid. It was a tremendous experience all around, and we would use them again!

We have been working with I/X Property Solutions since 2018. We started small with getting a concrete driveway 3rd spot poured for a third vehicle. He was very precise, and it had been a great addition to our driveway. The next project that we contacted I/X about was replacing our two tier deck with composite decking in 2019. Deck is still beautiful, and a few of our neighbors were so impressed that they got their decks replaced along with new privacy fencing from same company. Then the pandemic hit, in 2020, and we needed to make adjustments to our outside deck area, so we called I/X again for the construction. We now have a beautiful gable roof on our back patio, and it was more impressive than I even thought it would be with explanation. It’s been a couple of years now, and we contacted George Ellish, with I/X because we finally wanted to renovate the inside of our house. We were very impressed with ideas that George suggested, plus his attention to detail and checking up on project daily. We ended up tearing up floors in kitchen, living room, hallway, laundry room, and hallway full bathroom. Floor trim was replaced as well, along with cheap doors being replaced wit 6-panel door + painted, new trim around doors, and we even decided to install a kitchen island with a quartz countertop, just because everything was running so smoothly. I am in disbelief right now because our house has been transformed beyond what I even expected. George’s suggestions were perfect for what we were wanting, and our garage was even given special treatment with a state-of-the-art exhaust system to keep it smelling fresh!!! I can’t forget to mention that the electrician put in new can lighting in our living room, and installed electric to island so we have additional cooking space, which George recommended. Very impressed with all of the work that I/X completed, and I will continue to use them moving forward! Each and every one of the crews were amazing!!! Special thanks to Raul for installing beams to fix squeaking problem in our uneven floor from when house was built.

I called George and his team to replace a fence for my mom! The wind storm had blown her old one down. They were out the next day and started work 2 days later. Finished it in less than a week. Now my Moms feeling of security for her home is back and she couldn't be more happy. Incredible customer service and polite, hard working crew. If you need any kind of design build done CALL GEORGE! George is an expert in small spaces! We have done 3 different projects with his company and have loved all of them. He took a large master bedroom and added a new bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower, dressing table, toilet and double sinks. Then he took a small part of our basement and made it into a great party room with wet bar, bathroom with a urinal and a large room for Movie and sports viewing. He and his workers go above and beyond and it amazes me how George has all these great ideas in his head. Give him a measuring tape and watch him go! Our basement project was going slower than we would have liked and George stepped in and got things rolling again for us. I recommend this company for any project that you have.
