We have been working with I/X Property Solutions since 2018. We started small with getting a concrete driveway 3rd spot poured for a third vehicle. He was very precise, and it had been a great addition to our driveway. The next project that we contacted I/X about was replacing our two tier deck with composite decking in 2019. Deck is still beautiful, and a few of our neighbors were so impressed that they got their decks replaced along with new privacy fencing from same company. Then the pandemic hit, in 2020, and we needed to make adjustments to our outside deck area, so we called I/X again for the construction. We now have a beautiful gable roof on our back patio, and it was more impressive than I even thought it would be with explanation. It’s been a couple of years now, and we contacted George Ellish, with I/X because we finally wanted to renovate the inside of our house. We were very impressed with ideas that George suggested, plus his attention to detail and checking up on project daily. We ended up tearing up floors in kitchen, living room, hallway, laundry room, and hallway full bathroom. Floor trim was replaced as well, along with cheap doors being replaced wit 6-panel door + painted, new trim around doors, and we even decided to install a kitchen island with a quartz countertop, just because everything was running so smoothly. I am in disbelief right now because our house has been transformed beyond what I even expected. George’s suggestions were perfect for what we were wanting, and our garage was even given special treatment with a state-of-the-art exhaust system to keep it smelling fresh!!! I can’t forget to mention that the electrician put in new can lighting in our living room, and installed electric to island so we have additional cooking space, which George recommended. George is an expert in small spaces! We have done 3 different projects with his company and have loved all of them. He took a large master bedroom and added a new bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower, dressing table, toilet and double sinks. Then he took a small part of our basement and made it into a great party room with wet bar, bathroom with a urinal and a large room for Movie and sports viewing. He and his workers go above and beyond and it amazes me how George has all these great ideas in his head. Give him a measuring tape and watch him go! Good help is hard to find! I have been wanting to do a couple of shiplap installations at my home for awhile now. One in my family room on the wall that has our fireplace and 1 in the tray of the ceiling of our dining room. I ultimately decided to use IX solutions due to a recommendation by my neighbor and I could not be happier that I did!!! George and his crew are just wonderful to work with! My project was relatively small considering they do large scale remodels but I was never made to feel that my project wasn’t just as important as their larger ones. George went above and beyond to make sure that I would have the end result that was looking for. He went out on his own and researched several different types of materials to find the one that was going to give me the overall “clean” look that I was going for. He is so passionate about what he does and it really shows with the time he takes to make sure you and he are on the same page and he fully understands the result you are looking for at the end of the project. His business partner Matt is just as professional and wonderful to work with! He was there the morning of the start of the project with the tradesman that was going to do all the cutting of and the install of the shiplap to introduce everyone and again made sure we were all on the same page about what was to be done. The trim guy, JD, was a true tradesman. He took the time to make sure every cut was perfect and every piece lined up exactly right. He even had to make a template and retweak a piece 5 different times to make sure it fit perfectly around the molding on my fireplace mantle! Matt was back again with the painters to give the same level of attention and service in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. At the end of the project there was a final walkthrough, again, to make sure that I was happy with the end result. In current times, it’s exceedingly difficult to fine good, reliable, honest, and fair people to work with. I am so happy with not only the result of my project, (which is stunning!!!😍) but the level of professionalism, communication, value, and customer service that George and Matt provided have made a lifetime customer of me! I won’t ever have to go anywhere else for my home improvement projects! That piece of mind for me is priceless! My hubby and I are NOT handy people!😂 I could not recommend them more!!!! Less
