The team were very easy to work with and communication from beginning to end was impeccable.On the day of my inspection the inspectors were ready to go on time with the same moto as I have that if your not 15mins early your late! SEQ Building and Pest Inspections were able to sort out an issue we were having with the real estate agent not wanting to allow access for the inspection. Grant took time to keep calling and messaging the agent until he was able to get access to the property for the inspection. We had Grant come out and inspect a property in Reedy Creek. He was thorough and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He was easy to communicate with and took time to answer all questions during the inspection. We have had building and pest inspections done on other properties before but none to such a high standard.
