Mighty Scoopers

Should’ve called soonerI’ll be honest — when I first heard about a service that comes to your house and picks up dog poop, I laughed. Literally laughed. Pay someone to do that? We have a yard. We have dogs. This is just part of life. How hard can it be to stay on top of it?Turns out, pretty hard. After the third time I walked inside tracking something I shouldn’t have tracked inside, I decided this was a chore for the kids. Character building, right? What followed was two months of negotiation, forgotten weeks, halfhearted efforts, and at least one incident where I’m pretty sure they just kicked things under a bush and called it done. The yard looked worse than before I had a system. That’s when I finally called Mighty Scoopers, mostly out of desperation. The difference was immediate. They showed up when they said they would. They sent a confirmation, did the job, and I didn’t have to think about it once. Not once. No reminders to the kids. No checking behind anyone. No unpleasant surprises on my way to the grill. It just… happened. Like magic, if magic smelled considerably better than what it was replacing. What I didn’t expect was how much I’d appreciate the communication. I always know when they’re coming and when they’ve been. It’s the kind of reliability that makes you realize how much mental energy you were quietly spending on a problem you assumed was unsolvable. My only regret is not calling after the first time I stepped in it. Would’ve saved my shoes — and my dignity.
