TFW has been the best experience - I’m kept completely motivated to not want to miss a day. From where I was at the start (having to do a squat on a chair) to now is incredible! The family atmosphere keeps me going! I've become stronger and because of TFW I've completely turned my lifestyle around to a healthy one! TFW also made me realize it's a marathon not a race (which is what I needed after doing plenty of fad type weight loss programs and gained it back every time!!) I've met people I look forward to seeing every day and now consider my friends!
