We had an outstanding experience with Graham, Premium Buildings, and the entire Pine View crew in Kannapolis, NC! From the very beginning, Graham was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. He answered every question, kept us informed throughout the process, and made everything stress-free.The Pine View crew was just as impressive. They were professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the job site clean. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and it's clear they take great pride in what they do.If you're looking for a company that values customer service, quality craftsmanship, and integrity, I highly recommend Premium Buildings. We couldn't be happier with the final result and would absolutely use them again. Thank you, Graham and the Pine View crew, for a job well done!

After what i felt to be many sincere promises, we have not even gotten a return phone call from ANYONE in this company to come to minor repair to our brand new building that's been paid in full since February. I do not recommend customer service at all. They are not standing behind their product, and not even trying100% disappointed in customer service.

Graham and Tom are studs. Messaged graham off Facebook at 12 at night and he responded immediately and met me the next morning to get a new office for my life insurance company. They even rushed delivery to help me out. Absolute studs. I called six companies and checked with people on prices and quality and they beat out everyone. Also being able to deliver asap is amazing
