We come back yearly (from Florida)for my husband and son to ride the trails on their dirt bikes, they love this place so much. We also have rented a side by side and this last time we rented a slingshot and drove all over!The staff is always helpful and friendly. Will be back next year!

This place is great for a day trip. It's an hour from our Jonesborough, TN home. It's clean, the trails are clearly marked and we'll organized. The people are incredibly nice and helpful. The folks who visit are also friendly. The park is always improving. Prices are reasonable. I mean, the list goes on. We are big fans of Doe Mountain Recreation Area!

Doe Mountain Recreation Area is absolutely breathtaking!! From the smallest details along the forest floor to the endless mountain views from Kettlefoot Peak. The trails were peaceful, well maintained, and easy to follow, making it possible to relax and truly take in the surroundings rather than worry about finding your way.Every part of the mountain offered something beautiful: vibrant wildflowers, moss-covered rocks, fascinating varieties of mushrooms and other fungi, lush forest, and wildlife tucked throughout the landscape. Then, at the peak, the sky seemed to put on its own show. Watching the light break through the clouds and spread across layer after layer of mountains was unforgettable. The stillness and tranquility here have a way of quieting your mind and reminding you to slow down and notice both the grand views and the tiny wonders of nature.A very special thank you to Brie for this opportunity and for sharing her time, knowledge, and appreciation of the mountain. It made an already beautiful experience even more meaningful. This is truly a special place, and I cannot wait to return.

Super fun!! The trails accommodated a wide variety of skill levels, and it was easy to get comfortable driving the ATV. Very rocky sections, so prepare to get jostled!
