We recently had OZ General Contracting renovate our second-floor bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier! It was a complete gut renovation with new sheetrock, tub, tile, vanity, and all the finishing touches. From the beginning, OZ was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They promised the project would be completed in one week, and they delivered exactly as promised. Having a bathroom out of commission can be a real inconvenience, so this meant a lot to us. They were also very respectful and clean while working in our home. They kept things organized and cleaned up along the way, making the whole process much smoother than expected. We absolutely love our new bathroom! The workmanship looks great, and it’s a huge improvement. We had OZ General Contracting manufacture a completely custom vanity, medicine chest, and linen tower for our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything was built specifically for the size and layout of our bathroom, making excellent use of the available space. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding. The vanity has full-extension, roll-out drawers with soft-close hardware that operate smoothly and make everything easy to access. The medicine chest and linen tower were also custom-built to fit perfectly and match beautifully. Durability was very important to us because we have young children and older adults in the home, and the bathroom gets plenty of use. These cabinets have held up extremely well and still look great. The attention to detail and quality of OZ’s work really stand out. If you want truly custom cabinetry built specifically for your space, I highly recommend OZ General Contracting. We would absolutely use them again.

As always, they were professional and prompt. Ref refused to charge us or give us a bill. The leak had nothing to do with their bathroom installation above. The leak came from air-conditioning condensation. I’ve used Oz for over 40 years. They’ve done kitchens and numerous bathrooms for us. They go above and beyond my wife… Who can be very tough to please, was so impressed on how they vacuumed and cleaned up each day they were on schedule for all projects. Over fifteen years ago Oz Construction Company renovated two bathrooms for my son and daughter-in-law. Since then I have always been impressed with the quality of Oz’s craftsmanship. Those bathrooms have survived three teenagers. So when it came time for me to renovate my primary bathroom, I went directly to Oz. The project was completed according to the predicted schedule of five days. The workers were efficient, punctual, and kept the job site clean.The project manager stopped by daily to explain what was being done that day as well as answer any questions. We have used Oz General Contractors for our entire house. Kitchen, 2 other bathrooms, living room, family room back deck and front of the house. They are the only contractors I would consider. They are incredibly reliable, trustworthy and their quality of work is unsurpassed. From our first meeting with Uzi explaining what we wanted, to meeting with Lori numerous times to pick out tile, cabinets and fixtures, to the demolition to construction and completion the process was seamless. Their workmanship has always been and was of the highest quality. As important, should there ever be an issue in the house, irrespective of when the work was done or even if they did not perform the work, they will be there to remedy the issue. My husband and I have had very bad experiences with contractors in the past. When we decided to have work done on our home Oz came highly recommended. We were extremely satisfied with all phases of our home restoration which included 2 bathrooms, kitchen, closets, floors, windows, doors and heating. All members of the Oz team are polished professionals. Starting with the expert guidance of Uzi , our project manager Mike who was attentive, on the job daily and an excellent communicator who helped our vision become an amazing reality. From start to finish we had a great experience with Oz General Contracting. We first met with Oz who was extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide what we wanted to do with our kitchen, which needed a full gut. After talking with Oz, we met with Laurie who was amazing. Her knowledge and guidance was invaluable. She met with us a few times before our project started to help us with design and selection on everything we needed. She is super knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions and advice. Then we were given a timeline and the work was done exactly when we were told it would be, but that's also because we had a great project manager, Mike, who we met with regularly once our project started. He was amazing. He showed up every day to make sure everything was going as planned and he always showed us the work that was done that day and asked if there was anything that we needed or wanted and as the project went on we added some things to it. He was always kind and upbeat and excited for our project. The workers came in and did an amazing job and they cleaned up after themselves each day. If we ran into snag, Mike always helped us find a solution and always wanted to make sure that we were happy every step along the way. Our kitchen came out amazing and we had such a wonderful experience with Oz, Laurie and Mike that we were sad when it was over because we enjoyed working with them so much. Also, Milca and Harriet were amazing with payments we needed to make and when we needed to make them. They kept a spreadsheet that they sent to us so whenever we added something or changed anything that would affect the cost, they adjusted the spreadsheet so we knew what we were paying along the way. Overall, I can not recommend them highly enough. They were all wonderful, professional and extremely competent and if you need work done on your home, I would give them a call!

OZ was FANTASTIC! From the 1st meeting with Uzi for an estimate, I knew this would be a great experience. Uzi showed up ON TIME and walked me through the entire process. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all of questions. Uzi's entire team was very professional. Lori was great at coordinating the entire project. Dave (project manager) answered my never ending questions (even after leaving for the day) and let me know what the plan was for the next day. Dave and Junior did great work and always cleaned up at the end of the day. This was greatly appreciated as me and my family were living through the entire downstairs renovation. Georgie did a great job on the floor and wall tiles. Again, always cleaning up at the end of the day to make the space as "livable" as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Oz. I will say that if you like drama, sloppy work, missed appointments, being kept in the dark, projects running longer than expected...CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

A house built by OZ and his team is beautiful and immaculate! We have had contractors come to look at the home and make comments such as " you can tell this house was done with precision and care, they did not use cheap materials or cut corners" Another very telling sign that this is a great company that is building homes with such care and love, is that their workers only had GREAT things to say about the people and company they work for. When and if I had any issues with the house, they followed back up promptly and made sure the issues were resolved. They continue to bend over backwards to help us with any calls we make to them for advice or help. Just had few housewarming parties and every single person who observed the house mentioned how beautiful the home was/ how everything looks top of the line/ and just WOW. Thank you to Uzi and his team for helping us find our dream home and for continuing to assist us!
