As a NYC independent contractor with 50 plus employees and 30 years in business, I was completely blown away by the gutter experts. Estimator was on time- took detailed notes and measurements- sent a quote 4 hours after leaving site. Their client portal is easy to operate- it lists all of your appointments and quotes in one place. The job was done on the timeframe they provided. Brendan was incredibly knowledgeable, as a fellow contractor and business owner, you can tell when someone does a job well and does it the right way. The gutters are installed beautifully. They also found two larger issues with my roof installation which I had suspected existed from shoddy workmanship of another local contractor, and provided a same day quote to remediate those issues. I would recommend their company unequivocally. While their pricing may be on the higher side, the reliability, craftsmanship, and excellent service is worth their rates.Thanks The Bronzo’s

Oh drat, I can’t remember my technician’s name. Could it be John? Either way they deserve the 10 bucks. They did a terrific job. They cleaned up mostly everything. They left behind some foam that I guess was sprayed onto the old gutters in the backyard, but because they did the work from the roof, they probably didn’t realize it fell down where my dogs are. I’m still picking it up but it’s OK. But it was a great job and we’re very happy. I particularly liked the technicians good attitude when I asked him to move some things so that my piano students could park in the driveway. He was very accommodating and had a great smile. Please let his name be John. The guy deserves the 10 bucks.Looking forward to seeing how these gutters perform when it rains.

Gutter Pros came recommended by my roof installer (Alpine Metal Roofs) and everyone involved was professional and courteous. The job was done quickly. I was put on a 4-6 week wait list and they called me a couple days later saying they could fit me in. They cleaned up after themselves and the gutters look great.On the final invoice, there was an option to leave a tip, and it was like a restaurant with buttons - 15% 20% 25% of the total bill???? Which like, sure, I’ve been in the service industry before and am 100% pro tipping but asking for that much on top of a four figure bill for a home improvement thing seems weird. I realize that it is probably from the payment processing and not Gutter Pros themselves but an odd thing to have experienced.
