We recently booked a deep cleaning service for our office space along with full carpet shampooing, and the difference afterward honestly felt like walking into a new workplace.The office had been gradually getting worn down over time—coffee stains in the common area, dust building up around monitors and vents, and carpets that had lost their original color in high-traffic zones. We had tried regular cleaning ourselves, but it never felt “fully reset,” especially with a team of people working long hours.On the day of the service, the cleaning crew arrived on time and did a quick walkthrough before starting. They pointed out a few problem areas we hadn’t even noticed, like buildup along window tracks and deeper staining in meeting room carpets. What stood out was how methodical they were—they didn’t just rush through visible surfaces but actually moved section by section, including under desks and behind furniture.The carpet shampooing was the biggest transformation. One section near the reception area had a stubborn spill stain that had been there for months. After treatment, it didn’t completely “vanish like magic,” but it was reduced to the point where you’d only notice it if you knew exactly where to look. More importantly, the entire carpet felt fresher and softer underfoot, and the office no longer had that faint “stale” smell it used to carry by the afternoon.By the time they finished, the desks were dust-free, glass partitions were streak-free, and even the air felt lighter—likely from removing all the embedded dust in the fabric and carpet. I paid for a deep clean and did not receive one. The team arrived late, appeared unprepared, left one cleaner to handle the entire job, and after several hours key cleaning tasks were still unfinished. The professionalism and communication were disappointing, and I felt pressured when I questioned the quality of the work. I would not use this company again

EDIT: now they're fully lying in the response - yay! They also conveniently decided to charge an additional $450 and won't respond to my emails or pick up my call. How are these guys still in business?______Unfortunately, I had a nightmare of an experience. Everything that could've gone wrong happened. They broke our curtain rod, chipped our wood, needed handholding the entire time, required our equipment (mop, step ladder, etc). We will certainly never use their services again. Unprofessional team, management, and services.
