Devin was thorough, kind, and even referred us to a process for our house that was cheaper than his original estimate after he was able to get a better look at the problem. Typically you don’t see the original estimate go down, you typically see it go up. Not only that but he was kind, gracious, and really connected in his sphere of influence. That was really helpful for us.
