My heating system has not been working as Jeremy from DirectAC promptly arrived and performed a system assessment. While repairs have not performed yet, Jeremy did a thorough assessment of the system and sent the analysis to the property management team that manages the home. Prompt, polite, professional, overall great experience. Jeremy showed up on time to assess what was going on with our HVAC system and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He took photos in our attic so we could see exactly what the issue was... turns out our 40 year system was disintegrating and blowing bits of fiberglass throughout our home, so THAT wasn't great. Repair and replacement was scheduled promptly and Jeremy along with Van, Geno and Arie came the following week. Super nice guys, very professional, the job was an all day event, but in the end we are breathing healthy air. Highly recommend the company, we'd use them again.
