I’ve been taking CPR courses since 2008 as a lifeguard and now a dentist, and this was easily one of the best re-certification courses I’ve ever taken. Veronica was personable, knowledgable, clear, enthusiastic, professional, and organised. She provided timely constructive feedback and even tips that prior instructors have never mentioned during a session. This will without a doubt be my preferred organisation for re-certification purposes going forward for many years to come. Excellent and valuable experience throughout, and I would absolutely recommend taking a course with Falcon CPR Training (especially with Veronica!) without reservation.

I highly recommend Falcon CPR Training LLC. It was my first time recertifying with them for a pediatric/adult certificate at the Edison Park location. First, they were very kind to reschedule me a couple of times for the course, and I really appreciated that. They are always available by phone and are prompt. Next, they provided multiple e-mail reminders for the online training and upcoming course, location, etc. It was just a very seamless process for me and professional of them. My instructor Gabriela was truly excellent. CPR classes can be very rigid/dry, with tiresome pacing, but she had very good energy and created a relaxed class atmosphere while still covering all of the same material. Also, she is extremely knowledgeable and provided scenarios and troublshooting problems that could occur in real life. Unlike previous CPR classes, this was my first time actually handling a tourniquet or practicing and receiving Narcan spray which is now in my purse to use for suspected opioid overdoses. Overall, I will be doing my recertification with them moving into the future and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience with my BLS instructor, Veronica! She was absolutely the best. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everyone understood the material. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the class feel comfortable and engaging. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and wants her students to succeed. Great experience with Veronica at Falcon CPR Training! The class was informative, with high-quality experiential learning, and also very engaging. Veronica was professional, responsive to the class, and provided great guidance during the experiential learning. As a public health professional, I appreciate Falcon’s use of female manikins to help address the disparities in women receiving bystander CPR.
