Hail Valet picked up my car to repair hail damage and hail damaged windshield.It took a little longer than expected but they kept me updated. It came out great. No one can tell it was covered in dents and the windshield had lots of sensors that work as they should. They then drove it back to me on a Sunday!! It’s been a long time since a company did what they promised. Daniel went above and beyond.

Update: They contacted me and were made aware of the situation and made it right! They didn’t have to but it says a lot for a company to reach out and make a customer happy. Look no further than Daniel and his team for the job. *Job was done but took longer than expected. Received the car with the interior dirty with pine needles inside and white dust inside. The outside also had the white dust. It’s almost like the window was left open.

I worked with hail valet to correct two of my vehicles during hail storms this April/May. Great group of guys that work out of a large warehouse in Dallas. I think the shop is shared, but regardless the cars came out perfect. I could not tell a hail event happened after bringing my vehicles to them. One of the was hyundai with cheap/thin exterior metal that looked like a golf ball. Couldn't tell when they were done. Great job.

H.V. Did an amazing job on our van as far as taking the dents out, it actually looked like a brand new van when completed. The communication between my wife and Daniel was without flaw. They even did a rush job to finish it before the weekend. Without a doubt I highly recommend H.V. By the way they did such a phenomenal job we were able to get top dollar as a trade in for a new vehicle. Thank y’all!!!

Hail Valet did an amazing job on my van. From start to finish, the staff were courteous and kept in constant communication with me regarding the status of my van, returning my texts or phone calls promptly. Every step of the way, Daniel kept me informed of what was happening with my van and any delays. When it came time to pick up the van, Daniel made certain it was ready as promised even through some obstacles that arose on the final day. The guys even labored for many hours cleaning the inside which was filthy from being used by someone else…something I doubt any other company would have done. As the owner and insured, I was very pleased with their loyalty to me and my husband. If you are the owner/insured, and want your vehicle in great hands, I would very highly recommend Hail Valet for your needs.

Hands down, BEST repair experience I've EVER had! They were prompt with their excellent service, so kind and really worked with me. They picked up my Jeep from my home on a Tuesday and dropped it off back at my house that Thursday! It looks amazing and I couldn't recommend them more! They really go above and beyond for you! I was referred to Hail Valet by a friend of mine. We were hit hard with hail last year and Hail valet did not disappoint us at all! If you ever are in need of hail repair on your vehicle and you live in the Dallas metroplex area, Hail Valet is the best place around trust me. Ask for Glenn, he was very nice and professional, he worked with my wife and I from start to finish. He even came out to the house twice once to take pictures of the truck to make the assessment and the second time to drop off the free rental that they gave us so my wife could get to work and back. He did a great job helping us through the process even with talking directly to the insurance company so my wife and I really didn’t have to do anything. He took care of it all. Her truck looks amazing! We are very pleased with the outcome of her SUV. It came out perfect you can’t even tell that there was hail damage to it at all. It’s like it’s brand new again! I loved working with shop. They did an excellent job on collison repair. They were professional and very efficent. I love love love the job they did on my car. Not only did they do an excellent job with my car , they also cleaned and washed it. Awesome people. I loved my car and I got so many compliments how nice it looked. I stopped by on a Saturday because it was close to work. I was only expecting a quote for damage to my bumper. I was asked if I could spare about 20 minutes. ERIC had my bumper fixed in that 20 minutes. The cost was more than reasonable ;) and way less than expected. I am grateful and fully satisfied with not only the work that ERIC did but also the customer service and of course the free pizza!!!! I had hail damage service done by Kral Bros and very very happy with it from start to finish and working with the Insurance and claims process.
