Billy and Steve at this shop are the real deal!When my GX460 had a suspension issue, they diagnosed it accurately before charging me a dime. What started as a coilover rebuild turned into a full upgrade once the OEM confirmed my specific shocks needed replacement and it wasn’t worth the rebuild. They were being straight with me because I called the OEM myself afterward, thinking I could overhaul them and keep them as a spare, and heard the exact same thing verbatim.The alignment they did also stood out. I’ve had alignments elsewhere on this SUV, and this one worked out nagging issues that other shops never could. The sticker addition to my back window was a nice surprise too.On top of all that, Billy spotted an unrelated problem with a part a different shop had installed, something I’d never noticed. He mentioned it without any pressure and told me to bring it up to said shop.Honest, quick, and communicative. B2P will be my go-to shop for all future suspension work on the GX!

I came in because another shop installed my suspension, and I heard some noises coming from my knuckles or somewhere nearby. I got with Billy the owner to get his professional help. He's an excellent guy who gave me some knowledge on things that would set me up for future build aspects and took care of the issue I was having from the previous shop that didn't install my suspension to spec. Very professional, very knowledgeable. I'll be coming back for future services of any kind for suspension work and alignments, as well as any off-road needs. These are the guys to go too 🤙. Came here looking for someone to make me a custom valance, mount some tires on my new beadlock wheels and do a body mount chop on my Tundra. My husband took his lifted gx470 here to have the rack and pinion replaced. Not only was it a fair price but the communication was amazing sending videos and pictures of anything he seen wrong as he was working through the replacement. Didn’t pressure us to have anything else done Just gave advice in his opinion, 10 out of 10 would recommend won’t be going anywhere else
