This was my first experience with cold plunge therapy and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff at Augment in Concord are professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The facility was very modern and luxurious. I wasn't sure what to expect and it definitely took some time to acclimate to the cold water but the results were well worth it. It wasn't until about two hours after the session that I realized how amazing it made me feel. If you have aches and pains from hard training and/or older age then you should definitely give cold plunge therapy a try and Augment is definitely the best place to do it.

We love Augment! Clean and a place of true wellness. They have cutting edge technologies and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. We love it and so does my Dad- 75 and feels as good as new. He comes every week!
