Been taking my son to wrestling since he turned 4. (One of the few places that offer wrestling/BJJ for under 5's). He has absolutely fallen in love with it. Has only missed one or two days and have since his confidence go from strength to strength. We are soon adding an additional day of BJJ now that he's 5!Great coaches, great staff, worth every penny.

The staff was kind and helpful especially the ready to help receptionist. The owner was very friendly and cafiteria was amazing. (especially protein shakes)Furthermore the coaches were very impressive I was particularly impressed by the thai boxing coach.

I’m very happy with 313 fitness centre. My son’s been attended for years and really enjoyed it. They offer a great variety of classes and flexible times, which makes it really convenient for kids and parents. The staff are friendly, professional, and very supportive.There are also great opportunities for children to progress and take part in competitions, which is very encouraging. Since joining, I’ve seen a positive change in my son’s confidence and discipline.I would highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a structured, supportive, and motivating environment for their child.
