He fixed an issue with my water pump, installed a new coolant tank and sensor, and double-checked Meineke’s previous valve cover and gasket work they initially over torqued, to confirm it was now properly installed.What really stood out was his attention to detail after learning all that I went through. He even had a loaner car to offer to help me make it down to Richmond for a marathon I was racing on Saturday. That meant soooo much to me that he helped me cross the finish line! ✨💪🏽 That’s customer and community service where I needed that feeling of support so much after such a long, stressful, and depressing road dealing with one repair issue after another. Was Very accurate on evaluating the mechanical problem on my vehicle. Got right on the problem explained to me throughly was the problem was.
