I have been using TRC for 4-5 years now. They do my maintenance 2x a year. I've had issues a few times and they came out in a timely matter and got my system right back up. Yuri has always been the one sent out to me and he is a good tech.I recently called them because I was hearing rattling. I was hearing it from all vents in each room. When they first came out, he couldn't pin point it an of course it wasn't rattling very noticeable when he was there.Recorded the sound and send the video the next day. Todd, the office manager, awesome guy, re-scheduled me for another appointment the next day. He sent out a different guy, Darryl, super knowledgeable. He was out my house for a nice period of time and lo and behold he found where the darn noise was coming from! So happy to know I don't need to cut into the ceilings thinking it was duct work!I trust these guys and definitely recommend them. I myself work from home as an office manager for an hvac company in the Bay Area. If I can't have my company, TRC is great company

I found TRC very easy to work with. They kept us informed of everything they were doing and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.Their entire crew were polite and courteous and always showed up on time. Each day when they were done working, they always cleaned up after themselves and let me know that they were leaving for the day.I would be very comfortable sending anyone to TRC for their heating and air needs.

We replaced our 30-year-old HVAC system with a brand-new heat pump, and the entire experience with TRC Heating and Air was excellent. Last year, they came out and did duct work for us, and we were very happy with that experience, so it was great to have them back again.I was initially unsure about upgrading the system, so I reached out simply to understand how much the upgrade would cost and what the benefits would be. There was absolutely no pressure. They took the time to explain everything clearly, priced out both a heat pump and a traditional system, answered all of my questions, and let me decide what was best for us. That approach really helped me feel confident making such a big decision.They even completed the installation on Christmas Eve, which we truly appreciated. The crew of technicians was awesome—attentive, professional, and genuinely kind in all of our interactions. They worked efficiently and did high-quality work.Once I chose to move forward, they handled everything—permits, crane scheduling, and all logistics—so there was nothing I had to worry about. Professional, timely, polite, and thorough from start to finish. I’m very glad we decided to do the upgrade and would highly recommend them.

We recently had our old HVAC system replaced by TRC Heating & Air with a new and more efficient heat pump system. The entire staff were easy to work with. They were all professional and polite from Yuriy, who provided us with a detailed estimate; to Darryl who came to make detailed measurements as well as follow-ups; and to the crew of installers of Richard, Justin and Matt who kept our house clean even with the removal of our old dusty equipment. The job was completed timely and they provided us with detail explanations on how our new system work along with instructions on how to program our new thermostats. Also a shoutout to Todd who constantly kept us informed of the next steps of the inspection after installation. Even the City’s inspector was impressed of the high standards that TRC had used for the install.

From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Yurly’s visit and estimate were clear and professional, and the installation crew did a great job — efficient, courteous, and thorough. Everything went smoothly, and I’m very happy with the new system.My only suggestion would be for Midea to include a short “how-to” video or clearer instructions for the Smart Thermostat. It would make learning to use it a lot easier.Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this team!
