Matt wax quick to respond to our garage door issue, quickly ordered necessary part and as soon as receiving immediately returned to install it. Would definitely use Matt and Coldstream Garage doors.I do prefer to deal with independents and well run family owned businesses as they seem to be able to respond more quickly. I had contacted another larger firm with a dispatcher and multiple technicians who were not able to address my concerns until the following week.

We had struggled to find anyone willing to visit our location to trace a fault on our electrically operated entrance gates, but Matt confirmed an appointment with us and was prompt on his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered us the solution for our own repair as he wasn’t carrying the parts required, saving further expense for him to make a return visit. He explained the technical aspects of the repair clearly and willingly.Great service experience.

First, I am grateful for Matt coming to get my car out of my garage when the lift stopped working! He suggested a solution and options, and was able to replace my dead and dying Liftmaster the following day. Second, I appreciated the recommendations of other local businesses to consider for other work required on the door. Prompt, professional, and solution-oriented. Highly recommend!
