Erin and Amanda have put me at ease every cleaning while Allison kept me sorted after squeezing me in when I broke a molar and needed help as an unknown caller… That was a year ago. Now in their new space, Carleen has been my friendly, scheduling wiz after 2 crowns have been handled with the doctor’s gentle touch, detailed after care and thorough guidance. And easy parking, too. I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Williams, Allison, and the entire office team. I truly can’t say enough about how kind, caring, and welcoming everyone was.This appointment was especially meaningful to me because, after being with the same dental professional for over 45 years, this was my first time seeing someone new. Naturally, I was a little nervous and had some concerns about having my teeth cleaned.From the moment I walked into the office, the receptionist was so kind and welcoming, which immediately helped me feel more comfortable. Dr. Williams was wonderful, and I felt very confident in the care I received.Allison was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and reassured. She patiently explained everything she was doing and, most importantly, she listened to my concerns. She never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I highly recommend Unique Smiles of McHenry. I chipped a front tooth, and Dr. Williams got me in right away. She fixed it in minutes. A few months before that, I had a cracked old filling. I was dreading Novocain and a crown. Dr. Williams used a laser to remove the old filling, and refilled it in about twenty minutes. She didn’t have to use Novocain. I had no pain! And I didn’t need a crown! I appreciate their new technology and the way they explain what they are doing. Everyone is so kind, positive, and professional. Their new building is beautiful and so comfortable.

While on vacation, my crown fell off. So I called Unique Smiles because my parents go there. I got an appointment right away and the re-gluing took about 15 minutes. It’s a friendly, light hearted office that put me at ease right away. And they were efficient and very professional which boosted my confidence in the process. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Williams has been great! The entire staff is friendly and professional, and my 5-year-old loves them too.Dr. Williams has replaced a few of my old silver fillings after they cracked or broke down over time. Most recently, I needed a crown and was pleasantly surprised to learn they can make them right in the office. Instead of waiting a week or more for a permanent crown, I was able to come back later that same afternoon and have it placed. The convenience was fantastic!

Here’s what I think about Unique Smiles Dentistry (Dr. Deepa Williams). They have a genuinely warm staff who are very good at what they do. They’re so genuinely friendly, by the time my appointment is over, not only do I have cleaner teeth but I feel better about life. And a half the people I know from town are patients of Dr. Williams. I guess a good thing gets around.

Dr Williams took immediate care and exceptional skills to begin the process of restoring a cavity filled crowned molar. Dr Williams is a true professional . She does not hurry as she makes you feel as if you are her only patient. Dr Williams is a master at pain free dentistry. Unique Smiles Dentistry office staff are simply the best. I am so very grateful Dr Williams has a practice here. Also they offer a unique opportunity for dental insurance.
