We had a great experience with Jacksonville Lawn and Shrub. Al came out and was very knowledgeable. He listened to the issues with our sprinkler system. He adjusted what could be adjusted and repaired the heads that needed to be repaired. There were no hidden fees and I felt we paid a very fair price for the service. We highly recommend them!

Technician was an irrigation ninja. I showed him all the damage around the yard and he had it all fixed within an hour. Everything works perfectly now. He even programmed my controller for more efficiency.

Called for a quote. Owner came by for a quote and described the work. After That nothing. Got ghosted. Went with someone else to do my work. Unprofessional to not respond.
