Took my truck to duffy's to get the woolwax undercoating. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. They had a very nice waiting room to hang out in while I waited on my truck. The undercoating came out amazing! They were very thorough and laid a nice solid coat of protection on the undercarriage, as well as inside the door jams and rockers. Started out because I needed a dent repaired in my door because someone opened their door so hard it left a 1/4 inch dent. He didn’t do that service but because I wanted the revivify paint coating he told me. He would arrange to get it fixed while he had it he also arranged to get the tint done. Since it’s an off road vehicle I also had him do undercoating. Justin went over and beyond with his service. He arranged to have everything done by other contractors for work he doesn’t do and took pictures at every step letting me see the progress and the end result is AMAZING. I had a great experience with Duffy's Detailing! My car was a mess and needed some TLC so I called yesterday to see how soon I could make an appointment to get it detailed. Jason answered the phone and was very friendly as he explained their detailing packages and prices, which were very reasonable. Then he told me I could drop it off that night and offered to come in early in the morning to get the car cleaned up for me! I did so, and was amazed when he called me about an hour before I was expecting the car to be done to tell me that it was ready for pick-up! I went and got it, and the car looks incredible - as if it was brand new! Plus, he had gotten rid of some pesky adhesive residue on the windows and paint that I hadn't been able to remove. We inherited a 2008 Ford Explorer from family in West Virginia that had been kept outside in the elements for the last 12 years.
