We contacted several companies for quotes to replace multiple windows that were long overdue. Randall was our final appointment—and honestly, a breath of fresh air. My home was cosmetically remodeled, so it has lots of issues. But windows are one of the biggest. Two basement sliders were improperly installed, with one leaking badly during heavy rains. Then there was a garden window in the kitchen that was so poorly sealed, it was covered in mold and was unusable.Randall drove almost two hours to take a look at them and give me an estimate. We discussed what I wanted done, and he never once pressured me to into something I didn't want. Even when I asked him what it would cost to replace all the windows or a door, he didn't bite. He asked me how long I planned to live in this house, and advised me against projects that weren't critical.After locking in a discounted price, I waited for the windows to get shipped. They came in much earlier than expected, and Zach got me scheduled for install within a couple days. It took a full day to install all three, mainly because the poorly-installed windows were difficult to remove. But they got it done carefully and without any damage to the walls or foundation.The whole team was very professional, polite, and down-to-earth. Randall was responsive and helpful, and Zach was friendly and engaging with my very curious kids (and cats).Highly recommend. My windows don't leak anymore, and my experience with the team was exceptional.
