Absolutely professional. From the first phone call, to the initial appointment to measure the window, to today's install a few days later, it all went beautifully. My only criticism: we had initially tried to set up our appointment from their on-line website. Nothing happened. No phone call. No email. But, when I called them instead, left a message, they returned the call and set everything up immediately. Online billing is great, too. GREAT COMPANY. They'll be doing ALL my windows from now on!
