The process was pretty smooth and they were able to accommodate my availability.I was appointment reminders and kept updated on their ETA on the day of the appointment.They showed up in time and were very thorough with the boiler service. They went through all they had identified in detail and gave me their professional advise on the priority in which the issue should be tackled.Cannot fault their service at all!
