Paula with Howling Hounds just left from our first grooming. The entire experience was great. I began looking for mobile groomers in our area and Laura reached out to me to ask if I had any questions. She responded quickly and was polite and professional and got us scheduled quickly. I told her about our previous grooming experiences that weren’t great and she listened to my concerns. My dog was scheduled to be groomed by Paula. Paula was also polite, friendly, and professional. She listened to our previous experiences and took time to understand my dog, concerns, and preferences. He looks great and she did a wonderful job. We are very happy with our experience.

Paisley is a very shy girl, but because of the kindness of the groomer she settles down quickly. The nail trims and trims are always well done.
