We used Element to build our pool and spa and we could not be happier with the entire experience and the final result. The owner, Eric, was truly amazing to work with - professional, responsive, and truly focused on making sure we were happy throughout the entire process. He listened to my vision, offered helpful guidance when needed, and ultimately brought my dream pool to life even better than I imagined. From the beginning, he made it clear that his top priority was making sure we were happy, and he absolutely delivered. I’ll be the first to admit that some of my requests were extremely specific (down to the exact natural stone I wanted and how I wanted it installed, plus multiple colors of PebbleTec for the interior). Eric never once made me feel like I was being “too much.” He always had a solution and I never had to compromise on what I wanted. He even went above and beyond by personally going to multiple stone suppliers, sending me photos, and helping me confirm it was exactly the right stone and look. The end result is my dream pool: custom, high-end, and beautifully executed. We’ve gotten so many compliments from neighbors (including neighbors who have built pools themselves) saying ours is by far the most custom and highest-quality pool they’ve seen. If you’re looking for a pool builder who genuinely cares and delivers beautiful craftsmanship, I cannot recommend Element and Eric enough.

Elements Pool and Spa came to us from a very trusted referral, best decision ever!Going through the process of picking the right company for a pool investment is not easy and we realised it's not always about the price, but professionalism and integrity matters. Plus this group is just a kind and pleasant group to work with. Construction on our in-ground pool from start to finish took 8 weeks. They broke ground end of May and on July 25th, our beautiful pool was filled! We thought the project would be completed by end of August. SURPRISE!!! Right when the weather went to mid 90's!
