The coaches were super friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything WOD, and I really liked how they did a quick debrief after the WOD, going over what we learned and where we could improve.

It was my first time visiting CrossFit 7x7. I attended the hyrox hybrid class and it was amazing. The coach ensured I was performing every exercise correctly and provided constructive feedback. The energy was great and my partner encouraged me the entire way! Great sunset too. I will be coming back tomorrow.

Nothing else like it! A workout we’ll never forget… and certainly haven’t the next day 😅 Insane energy, care from the coaches, ludicrous avg fitness level, and bonkers views running w the Golden Gate Bridge in the background. Cannot wait to be back! Thanks Martin!

I have to say this is one of my favorite gyms and by far one of the best workout classes I have done in a very long time. I did the Saturday Hyrox class and the overall workout was very well put together but the runs by the water between circuits are very hard to beat. 10 out of 10!
